1. Agreement and service
These Terms of Service govern access to QToolKit, a multi-application platform operated by QubitBot through social.qubitbot.cloud. QToolKit includes Telegram FraudShield, SEO Toolkit, Video Studio, Auto Post, shared account administration, and related support or public pages. By accessing QToolKit, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use QToolKit for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Accounts, security, and role-based access
You must provide accurate account information, keep passwords and credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by QToolKit’s breach of these terms. Do not share an individual account or allow another person to use your active session.
Workspaces use role-based and app-level permissions. Administrators may create, deactivate, assign, or remove users and application access. Every user must stay within the authority granted by their organization and must not evade a role, permission, consent, or security control. Workspace administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate access and reviewing it when duties change.
3. Connected third-party services
QToolKit can connect to Google Drive, Telegram, X, Facebook, Instagram, and other services introduced in the interface. You may connect only accounts and resources you own or are authorized to administer. You authorize QToolKit to send, receive, process, or publish information through a provider only as needed to perform the workflows you choose.
Your use must comply with each provider’s terms, developer rules, content standards, consent requirements, rate limits, anti-spam policies, intellectual-property rules, and applicable law. QubitBot does not grant rights in a third-party account or excuse violations of that provider’s rules. Providers may change, restrict, revoke, or end API access independently of QubitBot.
4. Google Drive and Video Studio
Video Studio requests read-only Google Drive access after explicit authorization. You must select only videos you are entitled to access and process. You remain responsible for the source material, watermark, output, and any later distribution. QToolKit does not claim ownership of Drive files and does not receive permission to edit or delete files in Google Drive through the current read-only integration.
5. Automation, messaging, and publishing
Automation can act quickly and may publish or send content at a scheduled time. Before starting a campaign, onboarding action, video job, or scheduled post, you must review recipients, destinations, permissions, content, timing, and connected accounts. You are responsible for obtaining valid consent and honoring opt-outs, platform limits, local communication rules, and organizational approval requirements.
A preview, schedule, or successful API response does not guarantee that a provider will accept, display, retain, or deliver content. You should monitor results and stop automation when permissions, consent, accuracy, or safety can no longer be confirmed.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use QToolKit to:
- access an account, group, file, website, device, or system without authorization;
- send abusive, threatening, deceptive, discriminatory, or harassing messages;
- facilitate fraud, impersonation, phishing, credential theft, malware, or illegal activity;
- send spam, evade rate limits, manufacture consent, ignore opt-outs, or misuse bulk automation;
- scrape or process information in violation of privacy settings, platform rules, or applicable law;
- publish content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- probe, bypass, disable, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with security or service operation, except where law expressly permits; or
- store, reveal, trade, or reuse OAuth tokens, API secrets, passwords, or another user’s credentials.
7. User content and permissions
You retain ownership of content and files you submit, subject to rights already held by others. You grant QubitBot a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, transform, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and complete your requested QToolKit workflows. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup, security, and legal retention.
You represent that you have all permissions needed for submitted content, selected source files, member information, publishing destinations, and instructions. QubitBot may remove or restrict content that creates legal, safety, or service-integrity risk.
8. QToolKit intellectual property
QToolKit software, design, documentation, branding, and service materials are owned by QubitBot or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms provide a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, sublicensing, or creation of a competing service from protected QToolKit materials.
9. Availability and changes
QubitBot works to keep QToolKit reliable but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, API changes, capacity limits, security events, or circumstances outside reasonable control may delay or prevent a workflow. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed to improve safety, comply with provider requirements, or maintain the service. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practical.
10. Suspension and termination
QubitBot or a workspace administrator may suspend or terminate access when an account is compromised, inactive, unauthorized, violates these terms or provider rules, creates risk to users or systems, or must be restricted by law. QubitBot may act immediately where delay would increase harm. You may stop using QToolKit and request eligible account deletion. Provisions concerning ownership, responsibility, disclaimers, liability, and retained records continue where their nature requires.
11. Disclaimers
QToolKit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. QubitBot disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. FraudShield provides operational and awareness tooling, not legal, financial, law-enforcement, or guaranteed fraud-prevention advice. SEO results, video outputs, automation, and provider delivery should be independently reviewed.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QubitBot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising from QToolKit, third-party services, unauthorized user conduct, or automation results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
13. Changes to these terms
QubitBot may update these terms when QToolKit, connected-platform requirements, or legal obligations change. Updated terms will show a new effective date. Material changes may also be announced in-product. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; if you do not agree, stop using QToolKit and disconnect your accounts.

These terms intentionally do not specify a governing-law jurisdiction; qualified counsel should add one if appropriate for QubitBot’s legal domicile and launch markets.
